February Favorites

February-- my birthday month, love month, flew by so fast. Well, it was a very busy, tiring, challenging month for me, that's why. So, I won't be dragging and telling you what happened to me for the past years ( we can talk about that on a different post. hehe ), I'm sharing you guys my mostly used products for the month of February and my little mini reviews about it. :)

Cleansers

1.)Neutrogena cleansing towelettes I got only from S&R. Been using it for months since I got it and surely won't switch not until I find a better one. 

2.)Clarisonic Mia2 in Pink which I asked my friend to buy it for me when she went abroad since it was a little tad cheaper. hehe I have been using it also since last November and stopped using it last month not because it's breaking me out but I felt that I needed to give my face a rest from it, and used it again this month. I use it everyday but only at night.

3.)Philosophy Purity cleanser which was given by my Aunt from States for Christmas gift. She knows my wish list! hehe I know why it's raved by most girls. I am loving it using with my Mia2 or alone. 

Make-ups

1.) Make Up Forever HD Foundation in N140. I love that its sheer and light. Not a full coverage foundation. I like the natural finish it gives and a little bit dewy, not oily. 

2.) Benefit's Benetint. Decided on using it and skipped on powder/cream blushes this month for little flush. 

3.)Happy Skin Don't Get Mad Get Even Hydrating Powder Foundation. whew! I got this just this month (1st week) when I saw it on Beauty Bar in Ayala,Cebu. I was into its packaging at first (who wouldn't?) and having been using it, its a pretty good powder foundation, something I can switch with my MAC powder foundie. I use it over my liquid foundation, focusing on my oily T-zone  and over my concealer. 

4.)NARS Creamy Concealer in Barcelona. I love that it can cover my racoon eyes, but at the same time, it falls in my fine lines. But it's not something very noticeable. I say, it's a good con. :)

5.)MAC Brow gel in Girl Boy. I like that it tens down my very black eyebrows and it sets good.

6.)Covergirl Clumpcrusher. I am a totally mascara person, and this is one of my favourite drug-store mascara. Give it a try!

7.)Shu Uemura lash curler. Love this forever!

8.)In2It Eyebrow powder. It works really good. and It's cheap!

9.) EOS lip balm in honey suckle (I'm not really sure). Of all the EOS, this is my mostly used. 

Perfume

YSL Parisienne. Given to me by my Aunt (again!). Love how feminine the smell is and it can last me whole day and bf still notices it after school.

Unboxing thesaladbox

It's been quite awhile since my ever first post, I've been really busy in school and some stuffs- whew! At least, I'm having my sembreak for now, plus I just received my subscription box just a while ago, so thinking.. why not? :) So, let me show you guys from the packaging to my reviews about what's in my box for the month. :p

..how neat the packaging, right? Very classy!!! 

...their letter for the subscribers :) serves also as a catalogue (back) for the product descriptions and price.

It says here the mission, vision of the company.. Touch, Try, Feel :) This gives one a chance to try products that we are unsure of, that's something new and I guess that would be a plus before you spend your hard earned money. And you can also get the product from them if you want to!

Sakura Hand Foam Sanitizer / Fill-size

It came with two of this, well it would be better if they had other product, just me. Anyway, this amazed me for I haven't had one alike and I could use it in school other than bringing my handy alcohol for a change :) Did I mention that it smells good? Hell yeah! 

Virgina Olsen Minerals Eye Shadow / Travel size in Flame

Virgina Olsen Minerals Eye Shadow / Travel size in Green Pearl

I definitely am thinking about getting these mineral eyeshadow from a trusted online seller yet not sure. So these two are my faves from the rest! I see good reviews regarding the product too so probably going to make mine after using it! Got swatches tho...  

I find Flame to be really pigmented , while Green Pearl gives you sheer/soft metallic shade. Both have some glitter and reflects light. 

The rest of the products would include..

- Black Beauty Gold Shampoo/ Trial size - 2pcs. I'm going to use it and find out if it works for me :)

- BC Fragrance Spiced Tea Room Fragrance / Travel size - This one is the tiniest sample I've got! hehe I think to be able to really get that scented smell in one room, you would need the biger one. hehehe :p

- BC Fragrance Pillow Mist in Relaxing Mint / Travel size - SPA!!! hehehe I hope the smell would lasts really long. 

Yes! I'm satisfied for what they sent, but then I also wish they'd put on more different products for Novermber'12. Excited! :D
